1. Acceptance of the Terms By downloading, accessing, or using our AI Image Generator application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

  • Text-to-Image generation.

  • Image-to-Image generation based on provided inspiration images.

  • A Chatbot that analyzes images and provides text descriptions.

  • A history feature that saves your past generations.

3. User Content and Acceptable Use When you use our application, you may input text prompts or upload images ("User Content"). You agree that:

  • You will not use the application to generate, upload, or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these usage rules.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases The application may offer a limited number of free image generations. Once the free limit is reached, continued use of core generation features requires a paid subscription or in-app purchase. All billing, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) according to their policies.

5. Intellectual Property Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you retain the rights to the images you generate using our application, allowing you to use them for personal or commercial purposes. However, you acknowledge that AI-generated content may be subject to the terms and limitations of our underlying API providers.

6. Third-Party APIs and Services Our application relies on third-party services, specifically the Cloudflare API for generation routing and the Pollinations API for our Chatbot’s image analysis capabilities. We do not guarantee the continuous availability, accuracy, or uptime of these third-party services. The application is provided "as is," and we are not liable for any service interruptions caused by these external APIs.

7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the application, including any loss of data (such as your saved generation history).

8. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the application after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
